Heat-labile UDG

UDG (Uracil-DNA Glycosylase, uracil-DNA glycosylase) can catalyze the hydrolysis of dU-containing DNA single-stranded or double-stranded uracil base and sugar phosphate backbone N-glycosidic bond, release free uracil, thereby The resulting abasic sites are easily broken by hydrolysis.
