CellCounting-LiteTM 2.0 is a cell viability detection reagent based on luciferase system. The reagent contains high purity luciferin and thermostable luciferase. Add this product to the cell culture to lyse the cells and release ATP, then the reaction as shown in the figure can be generated and a stable "glow" type signal will be sent out. The luminescence intensity is proportional to the amount of ATP, that is, the number of living cells within a certain range, so this product can quantitatively detect the number of living cells.
The operation is simpler: single component, single step.

Long-term storage: -30 ~ -15℃ for up to 18 months, and can be transported at -20 ~ 0℃.
After melting, CellCounting-Lite TM 2.0 can be stored at room temperature for 7 days or at 2-8°C for 60 days (> 85% activity).
This product can be kept stable for 5 cycles of repeated freezing and thawing. If the unused reagent is not used for a long time, it is recommended to store it at -20℃.
