    AceQ Universal U+ Probe Master Mix V2 adopts rigorous chemical modification Acetaq, with a carefully optimized buffer system, which can greatly improve the sensitivity of the probe method. AceQ Universal U+ Probe Master Mix V2 adds a dUTP/UDG anti-pollution system to reduce false positives caused by the high sensitivity of the probe method, and to maximize the authenticity of the results. At the same time, AceQ Universal U+ Probe Master Mix V2 also uses a special ROX Passive Reference Dye, which is suitable for all qPCR instruments without the need to adjust the ROX concentration and is easy to use.
