    Product Introduction

    This product contains Taq Plus DNA Polymerase, dNTP and an optimized buffer system. It can be amplified by adding primers and templates, which reduces pipetting operations and improves throughput and results reproducibility. The protective agent added to the system allows Master Mix to maintain stable activity after repeated freezing and thawing. This product provides a version containing electrophoresis buffer and dyes, which can be directly electrophoresed after the reaction, which is convenient to use. The PCR product has an A at the 3’ end, which can be cloned into the T vector and is suitable for ClonExpress® rapid cloning kit (C112/C113).
