Vazyme product: AceQ Universal SYBR qPCR Master Mix (Product No. Q511, SYBR qPCR Mix)
On July 21, 2021, Ying Liu’s group (Institute of Molecular Medicine, College of Future Technology, Peking University; Peking-Tsinghua Center for Life Sciences; Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Genomics) published in Nature a paper entitled: SAR1B senses leucine levels to regulate mTORC1 signalling.
The study reported the mechanism of mTORC1 regulation by a novel leucine receptor protein, SAR1B, and identified a potential role for SAR1B-mTORC1 signaling in human non-small cell lung cancer.
Vazyme Product Support
Vazyme’s AceQ Universal SYBR qPCR Master Mix (Q511)played a role in the study. The researchers demonstrated that SAR1B senses leucine independently of the other components of COPⅡ by knocking down the genes of SAR1B and other components of COPⅡ separately. In the validation of knockdown efficiency, Q511 was used for all qPCR assays. Q511 is a special premix for qPCR reactions using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method, which is ideal for highly specific and high-sensitivity qPCR reactions. The product contains special ROX Passive Reference Dye, which is suitable for all qPCR instruments. There is no need to adjust the concentration of ROX on different instruments. You only need to add primers and templates when preparing the reaction system to perform amplification.
Vazyme keeps serving customers with high quality products and expects to work together with more researchers, aiming to reach the peak in various fields of life science.
