T4 DNA Ligase

T4 DNA Ligase can catalyze the formation of phosphodiester bonds between the 5'phosphate end and 3'hydroxyl end of the adjacent nucleic acid at the blunt or sticky end of dsDNA. It can also catalyze the connection between RNA and ssDNA or RNA strands in the double strand, but it cannot catalyze the entire single Chain nucleotide connection.
