Bio-LiteTM is a highly sensitive, stable and homogeneous firefly luciferase reporter gene detection kit. This kit contains high-purity luciferin (Luciferin) and optimized reaction reagents, which makes the reaction more stable, more resistant to the environment, and less odor. Directly add the mixed Bio-LiteTM detection reagent to the cell culture to lyse the cells and release the luciferase, which can produce the reaction as shown in the figure and send out a stable light signal.   Long-term storage: -30 ~ -15℃, can be transported at -20 ~ 0℃. Before mixing: Bio-Lite Luciferase Assay Buffer can be stored at room temperature for 90 days (> 90% activity) or long-term storage at 2 ~ 8℃; Bio-Lite Luciferase Assay Substrate can be stored at room temperature for 21 days or at 2 ~ 8°C for 90 days (> 85% activity). After mixing: Bio-Lite TM detection reagent can be stored at room temperature for 1 day (> 80% activity) or at 2 ~ 8 ℃ for 5 days (> 85% activity). It can be kept stable even after 10 cycles of repeated freezing and thawing. Unused reagents can be stored at -20°C for 60 days. If not used for a long time, it is recommended to store at -70°C.
