CellCounting-LiteTM 2.0 is a cell viability detection reagent based on luciferase system. The reagent contains high purity luciferin and thermostable luciferase. Add this product to the cell culture to lyse the cells and release ATP, then the reaction as shown in the figure can be generated and a stable "glow" type signal will be sent out.
