Discover-sc WTA Kit V2
Discover-scTM WTA Kit V2 can use 1-1000 cells or 10 pg-10 ng total RNA as a template. Through the synthesis and amplification of the first-strand cDNA, enough samples for sequence analysis can be obtained, thereby solving problems such as single Because of the low RNA content of cells and other small samples, it is a technical problem that conventional mRNA-seq cannot be used for sequencing analysis.
The kit uses Oligo dT Primer as the reverse transcription primer for cDNA synthesis, and uses the Template-switching activity of Discover-sc Reverse Transcriptase to add a linker sequence to the 3'end of the cDNA, and then performs subsequent PCR amplification through the linker sequence to obtain the complete Long cDNA amplification product effectively avoids 3'preference and rRNA contamination during cDNA synthesis.
Discover-scTM WTA Kit V2 is an upgraded version developed on the basis of Discover-scTM WTA Kit. Its detection sensitivity and volume compatibility have been greatly improved, making it more suitable for the detection of low-abundance genes and low-concentration templates. In general, one reaction can produce 2-20 ng cDNA amplification products.
