Vazyme LAmp® DNA Polymerase is a mixed enzyme composed of Taq DNA Polymerase and a protein containing 3’→5’ exonuclease activity (proofreading activity). The fidelity is Taq DNA 6 times that of Polymerase. With a specially optimized buffer system, Vazyme LAmp® DNA Polymerase is very suitable for the amplification of long fragments. It can amplify fragments up to 21kb from the genome, and has high amplification efficiency for templates of different sources and different lengths. The PCR product has an A at the 3’ end, which can be cloned into the T vector and is suitable for ClonExpress® rapid cloning kit (C112/C113).
